Carmen Hunter White didn't stumble into real estate — she built a career in it, brick by brick, over more than two decades. Originally from Minnesota, she spent years selling luxury and custom homes in North Carolina and on Amelia Island, Florida, where she developed a deep fluency in high-stakes transactions, discerning clients, and the kind of service that leaves nothing to chance.
In 2021, Carmen and her husband made a move of their own — relocating to Boise to be close to his son and family. What they found here, she'll tell you, was something straight out of a Hallmark movie: a ready-made family, a community that felt like home almost immediately, and a region she's loving exploring.
But Boise also showed her something she hadn't seen quite like this before — families navigating some of the most emotionally complex real estate situations imaginable. Seniors downsizing from homes they'd lived in for decades. Adult children managing inherited properties after a loss. Families searching for the right memory care community while also trying to sell a parent's home. These weren't just transactions. They were life transitions — and they deserved a guide who understood the difference.
